Palermo Bakery was founded in Monterey in 1985 by Sicilian immigrants looking to bring good Italian bread to the Monterey Peninsula. Since then it has grown to provide great Italian bread and other traditional breads to the Monterey Bay and the San Francisco Bay Area.
